Event Format:
This is a noncompetitive and competitive event. To compete in the event, create an original ballroom costume based on this years theme. Please only sign up if you are competing.
Masquerade Ball Contest Rules:
1. Entry is limited to one person
2. Masquerade Ball will have 15 primary male entries and 15 primary female entries
3. There are 5 male and 5 female stand-by entries
4. Costumes for the Masquerade Ball must follow the current years theme
5. All contestants must wear masks for the competition
6. Large props must be checked in at the coat check area when judging is completed
Masquerade Ball Event Rules:
1. All persons attending event must wear a mask.
2. All persons attending must be in costume or formal wear.
3. Large props and weapons must be checked before entry.
4. All persons must have a valid AM² passport to participate
Awards:
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Place Male
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Place Female
- Best Craftsmanship
The judges pick the top 3 male and top 3 female entries as well as the Best Craftsmanship award. The audience picks the King and Queen from the top 3.
The King and Queen of the court and Craftsmanship Award receive backstage passes to Masquerade to be given their awards during the Awards Ceremony.

Note: You will be asked about costume gender, not your own gender. For example, if it is a gown regardless if you are male or female, you will list the costume gender as female.
